If the parties agree, the mediation fee is paid to the mediation office equal to the total cost. The parties pay a fee of 6% if the disputed issue can be measured in money and there is an agreement.

Example: In an employer-employee dispute involving a receivable of 30,000 TL, the fee to be paid to the mediator is 1,800 TL. According to the fee schedule, this rate gradually decreases as the amount subject to dispute increases.

In the resolution of legal disputes that do not involve money or cannot be evaluated in money, the mediator’s fee is paid as an hourly fee based on the tariff determined by the Ministry of Justice.
